2025 Annual Assessment invoices were sent to all Members in early January in accordane with the schedule set by the Board of Directors.

Dues can be paid by check, and mailed to SHCA at PO Box 531, Friendship, WI 53934. EasyHOA also allows for, and manages, credit card and ACH payments, with processing fees added.

Please check your email as we would like to invite you to register for HOA Owner login. This new site and your Owner Portal will allow you to pay your annual dues, receive important neighborhood announcements and submit requests to committees such as the Architectural Committee and Maintenance Committee. To register, please use the email address from which you have received the email, and then follow the steps provided to create your own unique password. 

Eventually the old website will be transitioned out. There will be a bit of a learning curve but are exited for the ease of this new system!
